About Kyle D. Cunningham

Kyle D. Cunningham founded Cunningham Law Office in Missoula in 1998; he has been an attorney since 1991, with a career-long focus on family law.

Family Law Is Our Only Focus

At Cunningham Law Office, we pride ourselves on our family law focus. We have 25 years of experience in divorce, legal separation, custody and parenting plans, child support and other family issues. We believe that spouses and parents should always try to communicate with each other first, but we understand that sometimes that is not possible. At that time, you may need help to work your way through painful changes in your family life. That is why we are here.

Whether you are facing a dissolution of marriage, looking to establish a child custody agreement, addressing a child support issue, or seeking modifications to an existing parenting plan, we can help you reach an agreement that reflects your needs and preferences. If an agreement cannot be reached, we can effectively represent you in any litigation.

Kyle graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 1991. Before entering the legal profession, he worked in banking and earned a bachelor's degree at the University of Montana School of Business Administration.

Active In The Community

Outside of work, Kyle is an active member of the Missoula community. He served as President of the Missoula Mavericks American Legion Baseball Program, and previously served on the Board of Directors, as well as coached baseball teams in the Missoula Mount Sentinel/Southside Little League for many years. He is also a former President of the Missoula Chapter of the University of Montana Grizzly Scholarship Association. Kyle also enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family in the Montana outdoors.
